we are moving again

Two months has passed since we move in here. Now, we are moving again. Not that we don’t like to live here anymore. But, hubby will now take on the challenge of working abroad. So, that will leave me alone here. The thing is, I can’t survive being myself in a big house like this even if there is a nanny around. I need to go back to my parents place where the feeling of being lonely is alleviated.

But, before we fly to our respective destinations, we have to do general house cleaning. There is a need to return the house to its owner fresh and clean that includes the upholstery, mattress, rugs, tiles and carpet.

We have to get the right carpet cleaner to do our carpet cleaning. I just hope we will find something like the carpet cleaning Vienna VA that offer a safe, effective process to remove even deep down dirt and stubborn stains while remaining safe for even infants and pets.

For several years of being together, I already know the things hubby like. One of those is to go on hiking. He is the kind of person who loves the outdoors. He enjoys being with nature as compared to any other indoor activities. I guess it’s the fact that he can release all his worries and stresses that accumulates the entire time he is working.

To be honest I’m not that kind of person. But, little by little I’m learning to love it because my man loves it. I’m starting to appreciate the kind of activities he likes. To show that interest, I’m planning to buy him top quality sleeping bags.

His old sleeping bag is too worn out and too old to be used again. It was four years since the last time he utilize that sleeping bag. Plus, before he decided to set aside going on hiking, he already used his sleeping gears in all his monthly activities.

Surely, a new sleeping bag that will provide comfort, protection and warmth to ensure a good night’s rests is what he will need in case he plans to go on hiking again. But, this time I’m 101 percent sure he will not go alone. So, I have to choose a bigger sleeping bag that is good for a couple like us.

Roll-up - start lying on your back with legs straight and together, arms by your sides. Bring your arms up and over your head, so the fingertips point toward the back wall. Bring your arms slowly forward; as they pass your ears, let your chin drop, engage your abs, and begin to curl your body up, reaching toward your toes. Slowly curl back down. The movement should be controlled and continuous, with your legs on the floor at all times. Do 6-8 reps.

Teaser - lie on your back with knees bent to 90-degree angles and feet lifted. Tighten abs as you inhale, and lift arms up and back over head Exhale and swing arms forward, straightening legs so your body forms a V. If needed, put hands on the floor for support. Roll down slowly, bending knees and bringing arms overhead. Do 15 reps. Trainer tip: To improve your balance, work more muscles, and get faster results, do the workout barefoot.

Criss-cross - lie on your back on a mat with knees bent, feet on the floor, and hands behind your head (don’t clasp your fingers). Tighten your ab muscles as you lift your head, shoulders, and upper back off the floor and twist your torso to the left, simultaneously move your right elbow and left knee toward each other while straightening your right leg (the lower your straight leg goes, the more challenging the move will be). Draw your right knee back up and immediately twist right to move your left elbow and right knee toward each other while straightening your left leg; that’s one rep. Do 15 reps.
