I’m not sure why, but it’s really bothersome. I don’t like the idea of me not getting enough sleep, but it happened. So, in order to avoid disturbing hubby, I get up from bed and opened my laptop and do some searching for whatever I can find in the web. It is where I learned about puzzle rings. It’s a type of ring made up of four, six, eight, or twelve interconnected rings. Contemporary designs include rings of three, five or seven bands. Puzzle rings often appear to be endless knots, possibly pointing to a Celtic heritage. Reassembly is a form of mechanical puzzle.

I really find it interesting as it seems a challenge putting them back when broken apart. I love puzzle thinking that it can make me brighter, although I’m not sure if it’s true. Anyway, I’m tempted to purchase it when hubby wakes up and reprimanded me to go back to bed. I wanted to tell him about it, but it seems impossible that time and in the morning he left when I’m still asleep. I’ve got to tell him tonight before going to bed.

I say that after noticing most of the vehicles in the parking area have trailer hitches. It’s not something I see in my home country or is it because back then I’m living in an area with private parking space. Now, I can see it because I walk through common parking area every day.

Anyway, trailer hitch is really a great vehicle accessory. If I have a car, I would definitely purchase one from Hitchdepotusa trailer hitches. Hitch Depot USA is one of the largest CURT hitch suppliers serving the USA and Canada. They offer the cheapest CURT Hitches with an absolute low price guarantee and with free shipping on all orders of $150 or more. CURT Manufacturing makes the best trailer hitches hands down, and they back that claim with the best guarantee in the industry. Now, I know where to purchase in case I will need one.

I can now breathe easily and can easily manage stress. But, the bad side of it is that I’m gaining weight. Honestly, I really lose weight when I first started because it’s too stressful with all the information that’s being feed to me every day. Now, I’m already familiar with my work so there is nothing to worry.

Another thing is that I’ve lessen the amount of walking I do during the last few months. That’s imminent because I’m now living near my workplace. So, I thought this is the time I should start doing some work out and probably use a little help from diet pills like adipotrol. Diet pills can hasten the result of losing weight. Currently, I’m checking the different side effects of adipotrol to see whether or not it’s safe to use. Oh well, I hope I will not laze around and start doing something before the problem get worsts because the bigger the weight, the harder to lose it.

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry. He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house.

However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water. She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk He drank it slowly, and then asked, “How much do I owe you?” “You don’t owe me anything,” she replied “Mother has taught us never to accept payment for a kindness.” He said… “Then I thank you from my heart.”

As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt; stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit.

Years later that young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease. Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation.

When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes. Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor’s gown he went in to see her.

He recognized her at once. He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to the case. After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval.

He looked at it, and then wrote something on the edge and the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally, she looked, and something caught her attention on the side as she read these words…..

“Paid in full with one glass of milk.” (Signed) Dr. Howard Kelly.

Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed: “Thank You GOD that your love has spread abroad through human hearts and hands.”

Lately, I’ve been stressed from work from having cash shortage, reprimanded by boss, and too much workload. I think I asked from this one a few months ago. But, I never expected to be this much. Nevertheless, I’m still thankful for having work. Good thing I passed the performance exam yesterday, at least it lifts the mood of my superior for me and of course mine.

I’m aware that I need to unwind a little; it would take some of the stresses in me. One of my colleagues suggests the use of lavender essential oil. I always take suggestions seriously especially if I deem it for the better that’s why I end up searching the net for the list of its benefits.

Lavender is a proven remedy for helping with sleeping problems.

It helps relieve every day stress and keep it at a balanced and tolerable level. This can be used on people of all ages from babies to the very old

It is nature’s mood balancer. Even health professionals use it to calm and comfort patients.

It returns your body back to its original and balanced emotional condition, the way nature intended.

It’s homeopathic remedy to common ailments such as headaches, mood disorders, and stress.

There are no risks of addiction or intoxication with the use of essential oils such as this one.

It is non-toxic and is even FDA approved to be used as a flavoring in many foods.

So, I guess it can really help me a lot. Better start using one to have better mood.

As we all know, London is the shopping capital of the world. From the boutiques of Bond Street to the teeming Oxford Street fashion stores and vibrant street markets, there is something to suit even the most discerning of shoppers. Pick up the perfect gift from a luxury department store like Fortnum & Mason or wile away an afternoon in the world famous halls of Harrods.

Along with Paris and New York, London offers probably the best shopping experience of any city in the world. Indeed, visitors to the capital are often overwhelmed by the sheer range of goods available. The shoppers are spoilt for choice.

For major international and British Brands, London’s main shopping areas tend to centre on Oxford Street and Regent Street, while Knightsbridge is home to stores stocking even more up market goods. Anyone looking for specialist items should head to Covent Garden, whilst those with serious money to spend gravitate towards New Bond Street (home to some of Britain’s most exclusive shops). If one is after bargain electrical goods Tottenham Court Road is a must, while Hatton Garden is the place to go for watches and jewellery.

Shopping in London can be a transforming experience. It is a well known fact that Cary Grant was virtually “created” by a bespoke suit from Kilgour, French & Stanbury. Then there was that other fashion plate, the Duchess of Windsor who went for at-home style, she couldn’t be beat, thanks in part to the soigne accessories she bought at Colefax & Fowler, still purveying the “country-house look” from its shop on Brook Street.

Today, London’s stores continue to create icons and make styles as it is obvious from a visit to Harvey Nichols, shrine of the Absolutely Fabulous crowd. While one is seeking the cutting edge, one may notice that tradition shares the same shelf space. Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, and Harrods, for instance, stock suppliers for the royals, such as Cornelia James, glove maker to Her Majesty. If one has the urge to keep up with the Windsors, look for the by appointment royal coat of arms, which means that the emporium supplies Her Majesty the Queen, Prince Philip, or the Prince of Wales it can be checked through the small print and the insignia to find out which.

More-fashionable types prefer to check out the ever-expanding Browns of South Molton Street, although the surrounding small stores there and along quaint St. Christopher’s Place are also worth a visit. The most ardent fashion conscious will shoot to Notting Hill, London’s prime fashion location and scene of that movie.

London’s emporiums have gifts in every price range. Head to Bond Street or Knightsbridge if one looking for the sort of thing one would find in every Rockefeller’s Christmas stocking. For the bargain-hunters, try one of the street antiques fairs.

Apart from risk of bankrupting oneself, the only problem one will encounter is exhaustion, as London is a town of many far-flung shopping areas. The farthest is at Greenhithe, in the county of Kent the Europe’s largest gift to shopaholics, the 240-acre Bluewater. The mega glass-and-steel pleasure by the water was designed by American architect Eric Kuhne and contains every up market, high-street, brand-name store, department store, and chain store any shopper could desire.

In a few days’ time, hubby and I will celebrate our 7th year anniversary together. We never fail to celebrate for this day. It’s as important as our wedding day because it’s the day we met each other, thinking of which tickles and excites me.

I’m now trying my best in picking the best personalized anniversary gifts for hubby. It has to be the best and nothing less to make him say wow. I want to surprise him with my gift. He never received any gift from me before because I never had a chance to shop without him. Or simply say we are working side by side before and we are always together 24hours a day without fail. Lucky that is no longer the case now, so I can at least do what I want to do without him knowing it, like shopping for his gift. Hope I can find him the best item he will like.

Oh my, it feels like ages since the last time I posted something here. Well, I get too busy with my new day job that leaves me sometimes breathless at the end of the day – that’s a little exaggerated of course. But, the busy thing is really true. I’m not even aware of the latest showbiz buzz, which is my favorite topic. Or I can’t even take time to call mom or dad also because of the time zone difference. Well, I will try to set things accordingly.

Anyway, yesterday I received a call from mom saying that today is my youngest brother’s graduation day. That information takes some time before it sinks in. It was only today when I take little moment to visit my Facebook page and saw loads of graduation pictures from different people. It was then I realize that it’s a special day and thought of a gift for them. My brother used to collect yoyo that’s why I find myself at yoyo factory website. I could get him at least four more for his collection. But, I will have to find the best design first to make it more special or I could have it personalize if that is possible.

She hasn’t cut her hair since she was 14. She’s 55 now. Ni Linmei has been growing out her hair for so much time that she also plans of making a buck off it and, no, it doesn’t imply selling it for hair extensions even though would probably make her richer by a lot. Instead, she wants to grow it some more and, in a few years, to apply for the Guinness Book of World Records.

One photo shows Linmei after she combed her hair, an operation that is quite tricky given its length, with the main wrapped in a protective piece of clothing. Of course, she’s not the only woman to make headlines for growing out something others like to keep very short. Just recently, we were talking about Chris Walton, the current holder of the title of world’s longest nails.

As it was informed, Walton stopped clipping her fingernails, allowing them instead to grow freely. She says her life is normal even though she has nails that could forbid her from doing anything even remotely “normal.” She cooks, she drives, she does the laundry, and she does chores around the house, the whole 9 yards.

Walton explains that she decided herself to try and not let her fingernails disrupt her life too much because she only wanted to have an eye-catching manicure, not put her life on hold for a Guinness record.

In the land of all possibilities, there’s no such thing as too young for plastic surgery. Dr. Michael Niccole, a guest on the latest segment 20/20 on ABC with Barbara Walters, is just the guy to explain to you how that works. Walters, no stranger to plastic surgery herself, seeks to tackle a very delicate question about this type of procedures: when it is too young to have one done, or is age no limit for it?

In the video, before introducing the case of one particular plastic surgeon in California, she says that, right now, plastic surgery is no longer referred to as such, but rather as cosmetic augmentation, perhaps in a bid to create the impression that it’s boosting, improving, if you will, something that’s already there.

Plastic surgery also carries with the connotation of something being cut to be altered, and that’s no longer the case these days: fillers, botox and other beauty procedures are done without a scalpel. This brings her to the story of one Dr. Niccole: not only is he a father, but he is also his daughters’ personal plastic surgery. When Charm, who is now only 23, told him that she was unhappy about her belly button, he had it fixed for her. She was just 10 at the time.

The other girl, Brittani, who is also 23, had him give her larger breasts the moment she turned 18, that is, she was of legal age. Both girls get Botox, fillers and laser treatments regularly, even though they’re at an age when they certainly don’t need any help with looking smoother or more youthful in the face. Asked whether he feels he’s ruining his daughters by performing so many augmentation procedures on them at such a young age, Dr. Niccole says on the contrary, he’s helping them get “maintenance.”

Obviously, experts disagree with him.
