Spending a vacation with the entire family is such a wonderful activity. I have known a place that offers Kid friendly hotel. I just recently checked Karisma Hotels on the web. Just for some information that I can share to my friends. Karisma Hotels is a collection of divinely favored properties on secluded white-sand beaches on the Mexican Riviera Maya. They offer Gourmet-Inclusive and luxury all-inclusive concept that you and your family will enjoy. Each of this resort presents its own surprising indulgences and the elite level of service that makes a vacation truly relaxing. It sounds really exciting and fun. I can’t wait to experience this level of service. I just wonder when this will happen.

wonderful road tripBefore going to a long road trip, you might want to check things first to make it stress free and very enjoyable. Check the best deals possible and compare it carefully. With the price of gas these days, you’ll need to compare costs carefully between driving and flying. Although flying can easily hop you to your destination, driving will give you newer experience. As you get to see more places before reaching the place. Check your vehicle; see if it’s in the right condition before setting off.

Plan your stops such as bathroom breaks, eating breaks, stretch-our-legs-breaks are all necessary when doing a road trip especially if you are with your family. Stock plenty of snack foods, drinks and water; you’ll have happier travellers no matter what their ages. Don’t forget to bring towels, maps, first aid kit, money, cell phones, camera and emergency kit and have some spare tires, oil, belts, etc. Not only that, get some car insurance, God forbids but we don’t know what will happen next. Enjoy your wonderful road trip!

Save the planet

home ideas, nature 1 Comment »

Unplugging appliances and switching off lights when they’re not in use are simple but tangible solutions to saving our planet. A climate and energy campaigner of Greenpeace, points out climate change as a serious environmental problem. The burning of coal in coal-fired power plants (where we get most of our electricity) emits greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, causing climate change.

Don’t wait for anyone to turn off the electric fan if it’s not being used. Each kilowatt wasted is an added problem for the planet – and an additional cost to our electric bill. If done regularly, these simple acts can become a habit, and eventually become part of a lifestyle change. Monitor your bills and you’ll see the rewards of your simple act.

Vibrant City of Windhoek, Namibia

Sunset in Namibia!

This is one of the youngest countries in the world; it gained independence from South Africa in 1990. I almost went to this country when I applied in becoming a missionary way back when I was in my college days but it never happen.

Anyway Namibia is known for being dry land, an evidence of that is the Namib Desert known for being one of the oldest deserts on the planet. Though Namibia is a dry place it is also home to many creature that are well adapted to hot and dry climate. Some animals don’t even drink water to survive they just get the moisture they need from plants they eat.

Namibia generally attracts eco-tourists with the majority visiting to experience the different climates and natural geographical landscapes such as the great eastern desert and plains. There are many lodges and reserves for eco-tourists to travel to and stay over. A piece of advice though the country has not yet eliminated parasites that carries malaria, sleeping sickness and dengue so be prepared. Ask your tourist physician for your proper vaccination or where to get any medicines that repel these diseases. That’s all for now and hope you’ll enjoy your trip!
