ticket to the healthcare world

In a few weeks, hubby will undertake an exam that will be the basis of our future life. It is his ticket to the healthcare world. If he passes, he will be able to apply to jobs in the healthcare world. Good thing there are lots of jobs for health care. All he needs to do is to pass the exam.

For now he is too busy reviewing. That’s why I am not stressing him out so he can concentrate. He had been through a lot of lately because of me and I regret it. But, I can no longer do something about the past. All I can do now is to give him what he needs and that is peace of mind and support.

been stressed for past two weeks

I’ve been too stressed out for the past two weeks. Negative thoughts keep on piling up my head, which makes sleeping too difficult. I’m about to lose control of myself that’s why hubby decided for us to go back to my parents’ house. I can get as much support with my family around.

The good news I’m back to my old self. I’m already happy and can now sleep without any worries. I’m also back to my love for shopping. For now I’m keeping an eye on the algeria shoes. Other than that I also wanted to buy a new bag, accessories, and clothes and so on. This is just an indication that I’m perfectly fine.

However, I still can’t go home yet. I decided to stay here for a while or until after the day of graduation of my sister. At least I can spend more time with them.

realizing what is more important

Ever since I arrived in my parents’ house last week, my siblings did not stop asking when I will upgrade my cell phone. Actually, my phone is almost six years old. Since it’s still working I still have no intentions of changing it. They, however, already purchase a number of phones. Their collections range from Nokia, LG, and Sony Erickson and samsung cell phones.

I do have plans of purchasing a new phone before. But, I come to realize I have lots of things that need my attention more. So, buying a new phone becomes the least of my priorities. That doesn’t mean I will not buy in the future. I will just wait for the right time when I have extra money for it. For now I will continually use my old phone. Besides it’s still working perfectly fine, just don’t expect that it looks good since the outer part is already chapped and scratch.

beauty of my youth is fading away

Every day the beauty of my youth is fading away. Well, that is the nature of human beings. Many people would say I should not think about it as I’m still in my 20s. But, in just two years’ time I’ll be stepping the 30s. I learned that it is the time where the level of hormones responsible for youthful feel and looks decreases. That is why I am starting to look for the best anti aging product.

How to do Standing Meditation

Standing comfortably with your spine straight and feet about shoulder distance apart, open your left hand and place the thumb on your belly button so the palm of your hand is against your lower abdomen. Now place your open right hand over your left, also palm open and over the back of your left hand. Breathe in slowly and feel this part of your lower abdomen expand, which will naturally push your hands outward with your belly. Hold the breath for four seconds and then exhale slowly and feel your lower abdomen contracting inward as the air is released. Thoughts are recognized without judgment and concentration is brought back to breath.

This is a great exercise to practice proper breathing. All too many of us take short and improper breaths. This is a simple way to concentrate and regain the proper breathing techniques we had naturally as an infant.
