Yesterday, hubby and I went shopping for business clothes. I started to look for my blouses, but after roaming around the department store I only find one that suits my taste. As for hubby he has no problem finding long sleeve polo. He was able to finish shopping for at least 30 minutes while mine takes about an hour or two, but I only get one.
I’m putting a lot of effort and discipline to lose some weight. I just started to love the 30 minute exercise right after I wake up at seven in the morning. I also replaced two of my meals every day to a bowl of whole wheat cereal. At nighttime I make sure I am only eating small portion of the meal I prepared or bought. All of this little lifestyle changes make me feel good and lighter.
