my biggest challenges ever since

For a long time, I have been asking myself how to lose belly fat. It is one of my biggest challenges ever since I started my weight loss goal. Until now, I can’t get it perfectly that’s why I am starting to accept that I will not be able to get a perfect shaped abs.

But, a lot of people say I should not lose hope. A well-shaped abs is attainable if I push myself to get it. All I need to do is to have more discipline and a lot of ab exercise. I also read somewhere in the web that there are supplements that can help eliminate belly fat, which makes creating perfect ab easier. But, I still have to search more about it. I forgot to take note of the product. Also, I still need to read more reviews to familiarize the benefits and risk associated with it.

Critical Level of Cancer Cases due to Obesity

Just like parents can’t tell when their children are too heavy for their age, there still are thousands, if not millions, of people out there who are not aware of the connection between excess fat and cancer. As a new study points out, the number of cancer cases from obesity has almost doubled over the past years, which means this is just the time to start paying attention to the aforementioned connection.

“The stark fact is that every year in these countries, many thousands of people are diagnosed with cancer that could have been prevented if they had maintained a healthy weight. This is a real cause for concern and the problem is only going to get worse if the number of people who are overweight continues to rise.” Professor Martin Wiseman, WCRF medical and scientific adviser, says for the Daily Mail. People do not know, Wiseman says, that, after smoking, obesity is the second biggest threat of our times, which is why they should be educated on the matter.

“After not smoking, maintaining a healthy weight is the most important thing you can do. But a recent survey showed almost 40 per cent of people still do not know excess fat is a cause of cancer. We need to do more to spread the message.” Professor Wiseman states for the same publication. At the same time, he says, people should be made aware, by one means or another, that body fat encourages the production of growth factors and hormones, which, in turn, leads to an increase in the risk of developing cancer. we won’t face any inconveniences

Hubby said we should renew our passports before we go out of the country. Actually, the expiration of our passports is still next year 2012. But, he thinks it is best to have an updated passport so we won’t face any inconveniences. The only problem I have is the fact that the new passport design includes rfid chip.

Basically, rfid stands for radio-frequency identification. It is a technology that uses communication via radio waves to exchange data between a reader and an electronic tag attached to an object, for the purpose of identification and tracking. But, it is also susceptible to electronic pickpocketing, identity theft, and payment fraud.

I just feel at ease after reading about the identity stronghold. They offer credit card RFID blocking sleeves, passport RFID blocking products, secure sleeves, secure wallets that block RFID, secure badgeholders, lanyards & reels and cell phone shielded bags. Those products block the personal information being sent by radio waves from your credit cards, passports, and other ID cards. So, the personal information is safe from anyone who wishes to copy it.

ticket to the healthcare world

In a few weeks, hubby will undertake an exam that will be the basis of our future life. It is his ticket to the healthcare world. If he passes, he will be able to apply to jobs in the healthcare world. Good thing there are lots of jobs for health care. All he needs to do is to pass the exam.

For now he is too busy reviewing. That’s why I am not stressing him out so he can concentrate. He had been through a lot of lately because of me and I regret it. But, I can no longer do something about the past. All I can do now is to give him what he needs and that is peace of mind and support.

one of my favorite times of the year

One of my favorite times of the year when I was a child is the Easter day. I remember it is the time where my dad will hide some eggs in our house and yard. The eggs are printed and each print has corresponding price. So, we will not only enjoy hard-boiled egg, we will also get prices in the end. However, we ceased to do the tradition after hard times hit us.

Now that we are financially stable, I wanted to bring back the tradition for my younger siblings to enjoy. I found the happyeasterstore.com that caters to everything about Easter. It offers a variety of high quality Easter gifts ranging from Easter baskets to chocolate bunnies to personalized gifts. I’m certain my family will enjoy the yummy chocolate treats.

Study shows, Women with Friends Live Longer

Women who spend more time socializing with female friends are less likely to feel stress and have health issues later in life, a new study seems to indicate. Researchers at the University of California have established a clear connection between the time spent with friends, engaging in fun activities, and overall health past a certain age. The study, published in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences, has also determined that the benefits of socializing extend beyond the health of women. In baboons at least, researchers have established that the offspring of socializing females also live longer than those whose mothers do not bond with other females. This comes to confirm the findings of previous studies, this time on humans that friends actively act to improve health and reduce mortality and health issues.

The benefits of friendship and sincere bonding are more obvious in women, researchers point out. “Females who formed stronger bonds with their mothers and adult daughters experienced higher offspring survival rates.” Dr. Joan Silk of the University of California says of the findings in baboons. However, this also applies to humans, especially in the context in which previous research has established there is a very strong connection between friendship and joy, and stress management on the other hand.

“Being able to connect with women on various emotional levels can assist in lowering blood pressure, heart rate and cholesterol. And since stress wreaks havoc on blood glucose levels, [Read more...]

been stressed for past two weeks

I’ve been too stressed out for the past two weeks. Negative thoughts keep on piling up my head, which makes sleeping too difficult. I’m about to lose control of myself that’s why hubby decided for us to go back to my parents’ house. I can get as much support with my family around.

The good news I’m back to my old self. I’m already happy and can now sleep without any worries. I’m also back to my love for shopping. For now I’m keeping an eye on the algeria shoes. Other than that I also wanted to buy a new bag, accessories, and clothes and so on. This is just an indication that I’m perfectly fine.

However, I still can’t go home yet. I decided to stay here for a while or until after the day of graduation of my sister. At least I can spend more time with them.
