For a long time, I have been asking myself how to lose belly fat. It is one of my biggest challenges ever since I started my weight loss goal. Until now, I can’t get it perfectly that’s why I am starting to accept that I will not be able to get a perfect shaped abs.
But, a lot of people say I should not lose hope. A well-shaped abs is attainable if I push myself to get it. All I need to do is to have more discipline and a lot of ab exercise. I also read somewhere in the web that there are supplements that can help eliminate belly fat, which makes creating perfect ab easier. But, I still have to search more about it. I forgot to take note of the product. Also, I still need to read more reviews to familiarize the benefits and risk associated with it.
Just like parents can’t tell when their children are too heavy for their age, there still are thousands, if not millions, of people out there who are not aware of the connection between excess fat and cancer. As a new study points out, the number of cancer cases from obesity has almost doubled over the past years, which means this is just the time to start paying attention to the aforementioned connection.
Hubby said we should renew our passports before we go out of the country. Actually, the expiration of our passports is still next year 2012. But, he thinks it is best to have an updated passport so we won’t face any inconveniences. The only problem I have is the fact that the new passport design includes rfid chip.
In a few weeks, hubby will undertake an exam that will be the basis of our future life. It is his ticket to the healthcare world. If he passes, he will be able to apply to jobs in the healthcare world. Good thing there are lots of
One of my favorite times of the year when I was a child is the Easter day. I remember it is the time where my dad will hide some eggs in our house and yard. The eggs are printed and each print has corresponding price. So, we will not only enjoy hard-boiled egg, we will also get prices in the end. However, we ceased to do the tradition after hard times hit us.
Women who spend more time socializing with female friends are less likely to feel stress and have health issues later in life, a new study seems to indicate. Researchers at the University of California have established a clear connection between the time spent with friends, engaging in fun activities, and overall health past a certain age. The study, published in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences, has also determined that the benefits of socializing extend beyond the health of women. In baboons at least, researchers have established that the offspring of socializing females also live longer than those whose mothers do not bond with other females. This comes to confirm the findings of previous studies, this time on humans that friends actively act to improve health and reduce mortality and health issues.
I’ve been too stressed out for the past two weeks. Negative thoughts keep on piling up my head, which makes sleeping too difficult. I’m about to lose control of myself that’s why hubby decided for us to go back to my parents’ house. I can get as much support with my family around.
