Amazingly, I never realize that silver can be a great investment opportunity. I never put high regard on this metal as I think it costs less as compared to gold. But, regardless of that silver bullion is somewhat a good investment.

what I always envision

Living in a modern home is what I always envision. I feel a lot more comfortable when I’m in a place that is furnished with modern furniture and fixtures. I guess it has something to do with taste and lifestyle. Sleek and edgy design always captures my attention as compared to traditional furniture and fixtures. But, if I have less choice, then traditional I can do with traditional designs.

Other than that I also feel that it is right to get modern furniture to coordinate with the latest home appliances, decors and electronics. Plus, there is also lots of modern furniture that is multifunctional, not just stylish and beautiful. Also, some furniture is even capable of giving the area a smart look. There are even unique styles that draw attention and will give a bigger room illusion. These are few of the reasons I like modern furnishings for my future home.

What is Spinal Manipulative Therapy?

Essentially, spinal manipulative therapies are those that are used on the human skeleton, particularly the spinal area, to relieve muscular or skeletal pain, relieve tension, improve the mobility of joints and, in the case of the oriental therapies, to “unblock energy channels.” The idea behind spinal manipulation is that when the vertebrae are subluxated (misaligned), the resulting pressure on nerves can have negative effects on organ system function and general health, in addition to impeding proper joint motion.

A common practice among the spinal manipulative therapies is that the therapist will generally work on patients while they are lying on a special treatment couch adjusted to the height of the practitioner. The therapies vary from light touching to fairly vigorous manipulation.

The cost of treatment across the various disciplines varies a great deal according to the practitioner’s level of qualification, the area of competence, and other factors.

setting aside for my goal

Honestly speaking I’m becoming good when it comes to budgeting. Well, I have to give hubby credit for that. Before, I used to exhaust my money in just days after receiving my salary. But, it’s a different story now. I learned to set aside money for savings so I can buy the things I want. I just don’t spend and spend whenever I want to because I now have goal and that is to have an investment product.

amazing wedding photos

Hubby and I got amazed by the wedding photos uploaded in facebook. The couple isn’t our friend, but we were able to see it because of a common friend. Indeed, it is a well-planned and expensive wedding. I can tell by the kind of flowers, the decorations, and so on. They filled the church with bunch of white roses and made the reception area just like those in fairy tale movies.

All the brides made looks gorgeous just like the bride. I can tell by her smile that she is really happy. Well, I wish I can be as happy as her during my wedding day. I’ve seen lots of brides that are haggard and tired from the wedding preparation.

Anyway, I’m thinking what they gave as brides made and groomsmen gifts. Their role isn’t easy. Giving them gifts as a sign of gratitude for the help they rendered will be much appreciated. I’m just guessing, with a big wedding like that I’m sure they gave a very nice gift. I wonder what that could be.

Divine Food for Divine Beauty

The phrase “natural beauty” has been abused and misused beyond restoration. The modern use is almost never associated with its true meaning. Someone said there should be a portrait of a healthy person in a museum so people would know what they are talking about. If we don’t know what a healthy person looks like, how do we know what natural beauty is?

In our unnatural world, the word “natural” no longer means without effort, at least not in the realm of obtaining your best look. One thing is a must in defining natural beauty: its achievement must not involve any sacrifice of health. None, period. If health is compromised in any way beauty is not natural.

Our body was created in the image of God, the Supreme Beauty. When our actions are in opposition to nature, the results are different types of bodily ills, deformities, and ugliness. Since there can be no natural beauty without eating 100 percent natural food, most of you have never seen the natural you.

There is an urgent need for another word. The contemporary meaning of natural is too far from the divine. I suggest filling this void with “rawsome”, a new word circulating in the raw food community. It is a combination of two words:” raw” and “awesome” with the meaning being something between natural and divine. The diet of raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds also needs to be renamed. I have often been told that the phrase “the raw food diet”, sounds like eating raw meat, particularly sushi, which is misleading. The raw food diet is so awesome that it should be called the very name it inspired- the Rawsome Diet.
