When it comes to weight loss and creation of muscle mass, underestimating hubby is really a bad idea. We had this bet before that he would not be able to grow his muscle and lose weight. Of course, my bet is on that. He said he will prove me wrong, which he did.
In just three weeks he was able to lose most of his abdominal fat. His tummy is leaner now as compared before. The secret is to walk blocks and blocks for half day looking for job. Then, when he gets home, he settles in the pull up bar for 30 minutes to get his triceps and biceps working.
I guess I will lose in this game. Plus, not only I foresee defeat, I also expect trouble since I’m growing in size while he is getting smaller.
