The last renter of this house leave because of the misunderstanding they have with the owner. The only mistake they commit is that they leave with at least four outstanding checks, but already closed the account. Of course, the owner has the right to collect whatever amount they issued because they are still under a contract. They knew exactly what will happen to them because the girl is a bank employee. Still they did not bother.
On the other side, the owner is already preparing to back fire the couple especially the girl. She already asked the helped of an attorney like attorney richmond to settle the issue. She waited for all the checks to become due before she makes a move and last month is the time.
I no longer know what happens next because both parties keep their mouth shut. I guess they will settle everything by themselves before they will reach the court. I think no one wants to go to any court just because of a little misunderstanding.
