Most of the time, I have been keeping receipts to record my weekly expenses. Also, I use it for information purposes in times of clarification with my credit card company. Before, I use them especially those from restaurant to get tax shield that’s why it is that important to me.
Why receipt is so important? Basically, receipt is the only thing that serves as a proof of every transaction made by an individual. It helps buyers as well as the businesses to keep track of their sales. If problems arise like defective or damage product, the only way to have it change is through printed receipt. It serves as identification to the product bought. That’s why businesses should always provide receipts through the use of a receipt printer.
For the business, however, printing the receipt helps the cashier from committing fraud. For sure it is easy for a person to tell the customer the total, without any receipt it is also easy for them to pocket the money. Money is a very tempting thing, so without any proof most people will be tempted to commit fraud. That’s why receipt plays an important role in any businesses as well as buyers.
