For a long time now, my fourth sibling loves to play basketball. Okay, there seem to be no problem about that because it’s a sport. However, the problem arises when his loved sport gets in the way of his studies. He almost failed from graduating high school that makes us all mad. Plus, he always goes home late at night where some of the family members especially our second sibling, who is sleeping next to him, is disturb from having a good night sleep.
We never thought he could pass the entrance exam of the university we went to. Mom used to say that if he fails, then he is the only one having a different diploma. Surprisingly, he passed and everyone is so happy and proud about it.
Even if I don’t want to do this, I still feel I owe him an apology. That’s why I’m giving him one of those personalized basketballs to support his hobby. I think all he needs now is a proper guidance over time management.
