preventive measures for acne

Understanding the causes of acne can certainly take preventive measures which will lessen the chances of a future occurrence. There is a plethora of information available on line or in your local library to conduct research regarding this condition, such as: the causes; the treatments, the side effects, and the overall understanding of hormonal imbalance and how it affects your body.

Some preventative measures you can take are: to wash your face every morning and evening to ensure proper skin care; follow the doctor’s orders; use both your oral and topical antibiotics, if prescribed. The most common types of topical antibiotics used for the treatment of acne include salicylic acid (Clearasil), tretinoin, adapalene, and tazarotene. You should see results within five to six weeks. If, however, the condition worsens your doctor will explain the more aggressive types of treatment available.

There is another type of medication which your doctor may not prescribe. It’s an antibiotic for your mind and body. Do not allow yourself to become stressed due to the insensitivity of others, who may offer an unkind word. Yes, you may be embarrassed and self-conscious, but acne sometimes happens. The good news is that by understanding the causes of acne you are better prepared to treat the condition and it will be gone before you know it.

drastic change of mind

It never crossed my mind that I will do job search again. However, when our hosting problem arises, I begin to consider going back to the real working world. In a matter of minutes, I lose a heart to continue what I am doing now. All I want is something that doesn’t require me to think more.

That’s why I visited different search engine sites to check various job vacancies. I even went to New York job search site where I found thousands of jobs available. My mood instantly shifts from lonely and sad to happy. Now my hope for simpler job is clearer. But, when I was able to fix the problem, I suddenly forget about it. Hahaha… That’s how drastic I change my mind.

feeling bad and frustrating

Woo… I never expect that my supposedly loose pants become tight. It was the last pair I bought a year ago to give room to my increasing size. But, now I have difficulty fitting into it. I never even thought  of shopping for new pants because my goal is to lose weight first, then shop afterwards. The only problem is that I am experiencing the opposite, which is really bad and frustrating.

Despite all the dieting I do, it seems like it is not working. I have read about the hydroxycut back in February in one particular site. It’s actually one of the most famous and well-known fat burners around. But, I did not bother to dig more information, not until now.

It sounds I am panicking, well I actually do. This gain weight thing is becoming serious. And if this is not mended now I am sure I will continually add pounds next few months.

latest buzz about Celebrity Couples and movies

Woo… My friend Enya gave me a buzz yesterday. I am pretty sure she wants to talk about lots of things including the latest about Celebrity Couples, teen stars, new movies. In short the latest buzz in the entertainment industry.

The only problem is that I am having a difficult time catching up with the topic. I feel so far-away while we are talking. Good thing I remember ivillage site. Actually, I am not a great fan of the movie star even if I love to watch movies. But, I was able to read several of the latest articles before while I tried to search the site further. I love the food section site. It is the best place I get recipes that I cook during Holidays or special occasions.

Anyway, back to my recent issues. So, when we are talking I look at the site and read little things about the latest. Good thing she decided to say goodbye after a while. But, I continue reading things so when she will give me a buzz later tonight, I will feel more confident to converse with her about entertainment topic.

Speaking of movies, I am becoming more interested to watch “Date night” movie after reading the plot. Now, I have something to look forward. Did you know that the stars told Ivillage something about their date nights with their real life partners? It’s up to you if you would like to get up-close and personal with the date night stars. I would not say it here for some reason. Other than that I was able to take a glimpse of the exclusive first look ‘Sex and the City 2′ Movie Poster. Now that is really interesting. I can’t wait to share that to my friend, if she did not know it yet. But, I doubt about it.

Well, that’s all for now. I still have lots of things to do. I just gave myself a quick break to write something for this blog.

Yepey I should procrastinate

I can’t think of anything to post right now. My mind is filled with so many things that ironically I am experiencing a writer’s block or mental block. Probably my little creative mind is just tired for now. So, just to have something here, I will just post the result of “should I procrastinate” by blogthings. Here it goes.

You Should Procrastinate

Believe it or not, procrastinating is actually pretty good for you. So go ahead and do it.
You work well under pressure, and deadlines don’t bother you. In fact, the less time you have, the better.

If you put off a task, you get it done more efficiently. There’s nothing wrong with using procrastination as a way to motivate yourself.
Whether you procrastinate or not, you’ll eventually get the job done. The only difference is, if you procrastinate, you might do a better job.

Sounds like a very good idea isn’t it? I think I will just take a rest for now, then come back tomorrow for a fresh start. Hopefully, I will have lots of words to construct into a sentence. Hehehe

staying fit even on busy schedule

It’s a bright Monday. To start my day right, I’ll do an exercise. I am actually in the mood to do that right now. Plus, I have few things to do in my table, so I’ll grab the opportunity. For sure tomorrow and for the rest of the week is a different story.

Anyway, I am just happy to learn that even if I can only exercise few times a week or month, I can still get results. According to eScience News there is hope to get better shape even if I do less, but only on the condition of starting interval training. It means instead of exercising for longer periods of time (which means longer sessions) at moderate intensity, we can do highly intense exercises for less time with short recovery breaks in between. The results will actually be better than in the first case, experts like Professor Martin Gibala assure us based on the findings of a new study.

It only implies there is no more reason not to get out of the couch and start working out even for a short while.
