I promised to give myself a nice relaxation activity tomorrow. But, I don’t think that would be possible. When I checked my to-do list, I still have plenty of them. This is what I get from postponing my task every time I feel lazy.
Ow well, I’d just do the relaxation thing next time. For now I’ll just check the gold bullion information I found in my inbox yesterday. Actually it made me think that it is time to buy gold bullion and coins. Why? Here’s the reason.
The Capital Market Supervisory Board recently approved the gold exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to be launched in the Thailand stock market. Well, Thailand is so near to my country. If I calculate, I can afford to go there without having to sacrifice too much of my schedule.
The board agreed last month to permit two different types of gold ETFs into the market. The two types will be: ETF feeder fund investing in an overseas gold fund and an ETF directly investing in gold bullion in the local market. Of course, there will be rules and regulations for both. But, it won’t be too difficult as the Securities and Exchange Commission is expected to work with the Stock Exchange of Thailand to assist in educating local investors.
There it goes! But, for the moment I’m more interested in doing my relaxation activity than getting more information about this. Sadly I can’t.

Bipolar disorder is medical condition that results from the imbalance of chemicals in the brain. The imbalance causes the cycling of emotions and behaviors based on these changes. Medication along with therapy is the treatment. PTSD is the condition of having a stressful event happen (PTS) and then becoming stuck, mired in that experience. Behaviors develop around trying to deal with the trauma that can often become problem some in that they avoid dealing directly with the emotional response to the trauma. Cognitive and behavioral approaches to therapy such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) are most effective (up to 80%) because this therapy allows the brain to accept the trauma, experience it without avoidance and retrain the brain that the trauma was past, not eminent.
