sunny day, perfect time for beachThe sunny hot day is the perfect time to splurge in the cool beach waters. I’ve never been more interested in going to the beach than now. I used to love the indoors, but the high temperature entice me to go out.

Actually, my family is planning for a beach family vacation somewhere in town. Even though going under the sun for a long time hasten skin aging; I decided to go with them. For sure it will be very fun and refreshing. And, it is a perfect time to bond with my siblings and parents.

Whenever we talk about it, I am always imagining the elite level of service, luxurious accommodations, invigorating entertainment, classy snap-to service and delicious food offered by Karisma. I’ve been writing about this every now and then to remind me to work hard and save more to experience an all-inclusive vacation on the white-sand beaches on the Mexican Riviera Maya.

helpful leads for a friend

helpful leads for a friendDuring our college reunion last week, one of my friends is making a huge noise about her success in selling insurance products. She is really proud about her achievements, which makes us very impressed. She said she is currently the top selling agent of her company and is preparing to receive an award this week.

Anyway, it was just last Wednesday that I remember the life insurance lead site. I was overwhelmed by the event that makes me unable to think about anything else other than that. The sad thing, I forget to get her number. I want to send her the information as I am sure the leads will help her maintain her top position.

Fortunately, I was able to find her facebook account, where I left some message and add her as my friend. But, until now she hasn’t done any updates yet. Probably she’s way too busy to do that for now. Hopefully she will be able to make use of the information I sent her.

reasons behind difficulty recognizing facesAlthough recognizing our own face is something that we do automatically, there is a small group of people that tend to fail in recognizing themselves, and these individuals suffer from a condition known as acquired prosopagnosia (AP). Basically, sufferers are unable to recognize the faces they see, even their own. This condition most often occurs after a violent trauma to the head, and researchers are still struggling to understand it fully, AlphaGalileo reports.

According to a paper published in the latest issue of the respected scientific journal Cortex, this condition may be tightly linked to the sufferers’ inability to process faces as a whole (holistically). In previous investigations, it was demonstrated that people suffering from the condition had difficulties in analyzing the region around the eyes on the face of people they saw. Others experienced a distorted perception of distances between facial features, but the new work is the first to tie the two together. Furthermore, the Cortex study also showed that these were not causes, but symptoms, of the inability to look at faces holistically.

The work revealed that people suffering from AP are unable to process several features of the face in parallel, and that this is one of the main reasons why even faces of people in their families appear as strange to them.

Okay the day is almost over and yet I haven’t finished half of my task. Thanks to the entertaining movies I watched the whole afternoon. It really disturbed me big time. Now, I no longer know what to do with this. Ow well, I guess I have no choice, but to do some task tomorrow.

But, before I’m off to eat something, I’ll have to check the door hanger printing. It’s the paper thingy with advertisement mostly used in hotels. I just want to know how much it would cost to make at least 500 pieces of it. Well, I’m just a little interested about it for some reason that I don’t want to divulge. Hehehe!

favorite day of the weekOw it’s Friday once again; my favorite day of the week because tomorrow is no workday. I can do whatever I want, wake up at whatever time I want, hit the treadmills any time, and blog as much as I want. Okay the last one is somewhat boring since I do it all the time. It’s better not to do that during the weekends. Hehehe!

Okay to fully enjoy my weekend all I have to do is to finish everything in my to-do list even if that would mean sleeping late at night. There is no way other than that. But, it seems impossible thanks to the many games in my computer and the television playing a really nice movie. I just wish I can get through this before the nighttime falls.

Your mornings tend to be a bit of a rushed affair. You have to be out the door by a certain time, and you have to hustle.You are not a big fan of wasting time, and the morning is no exception. You have a lot to get done, and it’s time to get cracking.

bye bye pimples

bye bye pimplesI am so happy that this morning I saw my pimple in the temple area already healed. I guess the acne treatment I bought last two days really works. However, it has left a black scar. Well, that is not a problem because I can remedy that by putting a concealer. It’s just a temporary solution until such time I can buy the best acne scar removal. At least now I have no pimple to mind for my Saturday college reunion. I can now face my college peeps comfortably.

I think I have to choose the best clothes to wear for the event. One thing is sure, I won’t be wearing a dress. It is a casual event and I bet everybody will wear whatever pleases them. Ggggg, I’m feeling way too excited about it.
