Even before we always thought about purchasing condo unit. We were about to fill-up some documents when we decided to go home due to some personal matters. Good thing we haven’t done it yet or else we would find it difficult to go back to our hometown.
For now we are just renting a small apartment that has too many problems. Like I said earlier after facing the pipe leaks, I am struggling to get the roof done before the heavy rains pour again. Other than that we are paying monthly rent that in the future will never be ours.
Actually, we have the option of buying a new house. The only problem is that newly built subdivisions are situated in the outskirts of the town. Our life revolves in the city and I can’t see myself driving for hours just to get to the mall for a dinner or lunch. So, the best way is to get condo unit like the Staunton va condo located in the middle of the town.
For now, I am still trying to convince hubby to get a condo unit here. Hopefully that would be soon.
