I am really intrigued to learn more about live chat software. I have been seeing a lot of company, big companies that has live chat button that sometimes pop-up every time I tried closing their window. I really like the idea as I can talk to real people and asked things that I don’t understand in their product.

Like yesterday, I was checking out solar panel information. I want to know some basic information like how many appliances a grid can support within my home and so much more. But, most companies I visited don’t have any live support. That leaves me with a lot of unanswered questions in my mind. I don’t like to hassle myself in contacting them and wait for days for their reply. I could be a potential customer in the next few years because I would really want to buy a grid so I can save from electricity.

Since I wasn’t able to get the information I need, then I would opt not to go back in that website in the future. I am not happy the first time visited their site because I haven’t got the information I need. Most likely, I will visit some sites that have live support that I can talk to.

vacation plan

My brother planned to give my mom and my sister a three day vacation. He explained that airfare is really cheap this time of the year because it’s off season. Many hotels are also giving away discounts. Those are the reasons he feels this is the best time to give them a vacation. However, I don’t think his plan is fair for dad. Dad is also seeking a vacation for a long time now. I don’t think he likes the idea that my mother and sister will go on vacation without him even if he is saying the opposite.

I am thinking about holiday cottages instead of booking them in hotels. My brother can save a lot because they will need two rooms for the three of them. If they opt for a cottage they will feel like they are at home where they can cook their own food and eat together. Also, they can set their own itinerary. And they are not restricted to a single hotel room because they will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy family time together.

Those are just some of the things I want to tell my brother regarding self catering cottages. It offers a lot of benefits plus he can save some money from it. There are more in my head that is interesting, but I’d rather not to share it because I don’t think it’s feasible. The thing is, I am not sure if my brother wants me to help him. Well, if that is so he would probably say that the last time we talked.

Actually, I like the idea too. If my brother would ask me to help him financed the vacation, then I will have to go with them. It’s been a year and half since I last had a vacation. Besides, I would really choose to stay on self catering holidays rather than in a hotel room especially if I am with my parents.
