maintaining my weight for a month

Yepey! I was able to maintain my weight for the whole month and still decreasing. I am not paranoid about my weight. Just that for my age, I have to be very careful not to gain weight. It would be too difficult to shed the extra unlike my teenage years. Now I was able to fit in my skinny jeans with the help of regular exercising and proper diet. I no longer have to use diet pills. I planned about using that a month before. But, tried different approach to get rid of my bulges the natural way.

I am really happy with the results even my legs are toned up. I feel more confident and energize to see myself this slim. Hehehe!
