Ever since child I always dream of owning a house from my efforts without the help of my parents or anybody. Now that I am turning 26, I think I have all the right to do it and take the plunge in buying a home for myself. Pretty scary for me though, I don’t want to end up like those people who lost their house after several years.
That is why I must take several considerations before diving in. Since, I don’t have sufficient cash to pay the whole amount of my planned house, I am certain that I need help from loans. Good thing I have a good credit record, so I am confident my loan will be approved. But, there are still company willing to give bad credit individuals a chance. I just think I have an advantage for maintaining a good record than having a bad one.
