perfect time to celebrate!

Since Christmas is just days away. It’s the perfect time to celebrate and held some parties. Prepare some Christmas Party Ideas before going on. There are several things to remember when you are the host of the parties. For one thing, you should spruce up the venue. Shake out the doormat. In your entryway, gather all signs of everyday life like mails, toys, shoes and stash them in a closet. Just skip the heavy bathroom cleanup and focus on what visitors may notice. Squirt toilet cleanser in the bowl. Set out fresh soap and a guest hand towel. Give the bowl and rim a quick swish; flush and get out of there.

Decide on what music to play. Compile all the songs on your iPod and set up the speakers. And, please remove framed photos, decorative vases, and other clutter from your tabletops. Stash them in decorative baskets and tuck them somewhere they will blend in, like the top of a bookshelf. You don’t want to end up with a broken piece, right? If you want to hold a costume party, might as well fill the baskets with accessories that go with your theme. Now you are ready for your venue, but don’t forget the food. Since, you don’t want to receive complaints from your guest.

SHAMPOO awareness!

Cancer-causing substance in shampoos. Go home and check your shampoo. Change before it’s too late… Check the ingredients listed on your shampoo bottle, and see they have a substance by the name of Sodium Laureth Sulfate, or simply SLS. This substance is found in most shampoos; manufacturers use it because it produces a lot of foam and it is cheap. BUT the fact is, SLS is used to scrub garage floors, and it is very strong!!! It is also proven that it can cause cancer in the long run, and this is no joke. Shampoos that contains SLS: Vo5, Palmolive, Paul Mitchell, L’Oreal, the new Hemp Shampoo from Body Shop etc. contain this substance.

The first ingredient listed (which means it is the single most prevalent ingredient) in Clairol’s Herbal Essences is Sodium Laureth Sulfate. Therefore, I called one company, and I told them their product contains a substance that will cause people to have cancer. They said, Yeah we knew about it but there is nothing we can do about it because we need that substance to produce foam. By the way Colgate toothpaste also contains the same substance to produce the “bubbles”. They said they are going to send me some information.

Research has shown that in the 1980s, the chance of getting cancer is 1 out of 8000 and now, in the 1990s, the chances of getting cancer is 1 out of 3, which is very serious. Therefore, I hope that you will take this seriously and pass this on to all the people you know, and hopefully, we can stop “giving” ourselves cancer-causing agents.

Honestly i don’t know if this is true, but taking preventive measure would not cause you everything, so stay healthy!

spend time with your partner this Christmas

Christmas season gives ample time for gathering and even holidays. So, I think it is the best time to give your partner the rightful time to spend with each other. Although you are a long time couple, a sweet time together can refresh your relationship. For that reason, plan a hush-hush romantic mystery night this holiday. One of you makes all the arrangements and just tells the other where and when you’ll meet. The destination can be anything from dinner at a nice restaurant to a scavenger hunt with you as the prize. It’s not the venue that makes the evening special, but the anticipatory thrill that comes with not knowing that’s coming next. Or you can spend the day at a weird and wacky festival like going to a parade, Christmas bazaars or even window shopping at sales.

Then, pull an all-night and check into a high-end hotel since for sure you already got your Christmas bonus, spending it at a hotel won’t hurt. Because even if it’s less than a mile from your own bed, you’ll still feel transported to luxury land where the only thing you’ll need to concentrate on is each other. For one thing, there’s a great big bed. For another, there is a do not disturb sign that actually works. Lounge in the fully white robes, order room service and feed each other in bed, get hot in the steamy room and sleep until checkout.
