If you don’t have discipline in terms of food or mindlessly eating anything that comes to mind, combine it with diet and exercise procrastination, of course you will get bulges in your tummy, arms, and legs. The result is fat or cellulite. Don’t expect that you will get beautiful curves by being lazy. Good thing there is acai berry to solve this problem. Well, I should be getting one of this although I am not overweight. But, after several months of being lazy, I can grasp cellulite on my thighs. It is the price I get from eating with no exercise.
