encourage sharing to your kids!

Siblings fight over a toy, food and so on. However, parents can do something about it to encourage sharing. When kids begin to debate about a thing, let them handle the situation. Parents should stay put and just listen to them. Let them negotiate and resolve the rift on their own. However, if either both parties are upset, you can now interfere by asking them to pick a quiet place in the house where they can sit and think, away from each other. Save discussions about sharing later when they are ready to listen and admit their mistakes and apologize.

Parents can let their children choose you will share or is willing to give up. But, if either child is unwilling to share or give up a toy, give them options like they can take turns in playing the toy. If either won’t budge, tell them that will have to put the toy away and no one will be able to play with it.

Parents can also encourage teamwork and select toys where they can play together like soccer. Bring out Soccer nets and balls so they can play with it together. This way each child will have the chance to play and have fun.
