You may feel as though you’ve tried every trick, from sound-muffling curtains to strange herbs. But you may not be aware of these strategies.

  • COOL YOUR CORE. Scientist is studying a new technique to help insomnia. Breathe deep and visualize your hands and feet getting warmer. This will cause blood to go there, away from the core. The combination of warm extremities and cooler core can help bring on sleep.
  • EAT FOOD RICH IN B VITAMINS, including bananas, sunflower seeds and avocado. They help the body produce sleep-inducing tryptophan.
  • TEACH PETS TO SLEEP IN A SEPARATE ROOM, survey has found out that among patient with pets, 53% reported that they disturbed their sleep every night.
  • LOSE THE BLUES. The blue end of the light spectrum suppresses your body production of sleep-inducing melatonin. So, if you keep the lights on around your house in the hours before bed time, it can interfere with your ability to get drowsy. Install low-blue lightbulbs or wear special amber-lens glasses, which block blue light in the evenings.

soaring credit!

A few years back I have been drowned by too much debt. In no time, my credit card balance reached its limits. Honestly I have been negligent in using my cards since I am confident that I will only pay small amount every month. Not knowing that I am moving backwards because the interest that I am paying soars higher than the principal amount. I thought of doing balance transfers since it lowers the interest rates. I can also pay aggressively with their fixed monthly dues. The bad news, I was declined when I applied it. Sorry me! All I can do now is to pay my debts aggressively.
