The death of a Leader

Benazir Bhutto, the first woman leader of a Muslim world died from assassination last December 27, 2007. She was assassinated by two gunmen as she was entering her sport utility vehicle after a gathering of the Pakistan People’s Party – (the biggest political party in Pakistan). Shortly thereafter, a suicide bomber exploded in the crowd, killing 14 people and injuring many others. On December 28 it was announced that a member of Al-Qaeda was believed to have masterminded the attack.

Many are now in grief because of this event and condemned this killing because it threatens the stability as well as democracy of Pakistan. Meanwhile international community called out for investigation to put on jail the people behind this killing.
